Six people lead Upliftly day to day and in the boardroom, supported by 600 volunteers.

Executive Director
Amara has led Upliftly since 2019. She started as a Saturday pantry volunteer and still packs boxes on the first Saturday of every month.

Programs Director
Dev runs the pantry, kitchen and water projects day to day. Before Upliftly he managed logistics for a regional food distributor.

Volunteer Coordinator
Lucia welcomes and trains our 600 volunteers, and makes sure every shift has a friendly face to greet new people.

Marcus Bell
Youth Mentoring Lead
Marcus matches mentors with young adults and runs the monthly group sessions. He was a Bridge Mentors mentee himself.
Board
Harold Whitfield
Board Chair
Harold is a retired civil engineer who joined the board in 2016. He chairs the finance and safeguarding committees.

Mei Lin keeps our books open to anyone who asks and prepares the annual report you can read on the Transparency page.
